We’re coming together for one of our own — Dalton. Many of you may not know, but he was recently diagnosed with FAP (Familial Adenomatous Polyposis), a condition that causes cancerous polyps in the colon. After making the long 10-hour trip to MD Anderson in Houston, Dalton underwent surgery and was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer.

Right now, his doctors are working on the next phase of treatment, which will mean several more trips to Houston — and with that, unexpected medical and travel expenses.
